Designer Wedding Gowns... Cheap

As you know, I advise outdoor brides not to overspend on wedding gowns. What's a girl to do, though, if she really wants a designer dress? Buy one cheap! Mark your calendar for the upcoming spring wedding dress sales at Filene's Basement stores: February 22 in Boston (actually at the Hynes Convention Center, since the flagship store is closed for renovations); February 29 in New York City; March 7 in Atlanta, Georgia; March 28 in Paramus, New Jersey; and April 4 in Tyson's Corner, Virginia. Before you participate in the "running of the brides," read my 10 tips for finding a bargain bridal gown at a Filene's Basement wedding dress sale.

What is the right time of day for a good beach wedding.

Most people want a sunset beach wedding so they can have sunset beach
photos and at that time of day it's not as hot out and the view of the
sun setting can be breath taking.

So for a sunset wedding we sujest that the wedding start 1 hour before
the sunset time - Why

Starting 1 hour before sunset will give you time for the wedding
service and time left at sunset for your wedding photos.
You Do Not want to have you wedding right at sun set or after the
wedding or even during the wedding the sun will set and you will be
standing on the beach in the dark.
Not a good thing for wedding photos. after the sun sets it gets dark
out and your photos will not shot the water or even the sky as it's
dark out.

Don't be late

For a sunset wedding you don't want to be late or you may run your
wedding into the dark and have not sunset at all.

Mid day weddings
Mid Day weddings can have many problems in summer time.
We have had many times wedding guests pass out from the heat at
weddings on the beach in the afternoon.
It can get very hot on the beach in summer and many people tend to
over dress for a beach wedding and can get over heated very fast.

Other problems are sweating. In the hot afternoon and mid day we have
shot many weddings on the beach that the bride wanted the wedding in
the afternoon and they wished they did what we recommended a sun set
wedding.
Just imagine everyone standing at the beach wedding sweating dripping
wet. It happens count on it.
After the wedding everyone is socked with sweat and the photos after
the wedding show everyone wet and hot.

Then you have the sun.
The sun most of the day on the beach is very very bright and on a
beach like we have in the Destin, Pensacola, Gulf Shores area with the
white sands we have the sun reflects up off the white sand making it
even brighter.
So no one can open their eyes out side with out sun glasses or with
out squinting badly.
So for the wedding you have the bride and groom squinting for the full
wedding and then it's all most impossible to take family photos after
the wedding unless you want everyone to have sun glasses on in all the
photos plus the sweating from the heat.

So our recommendation for a great beach wedding would be a sunset
wedding starting 1 hour before sunset.
